Terms of use

The important boundaries, without the fog.

These draft terms cover the public website and invited web beta. Legal approval, governing-law terms, and the final billing policy are required before paid enrollment.

General information and advocacy support

Fair Call helps you prepare for and document insurance conversations. It is not an insurer, provider, law firm, or medical service. Fair Call does not provide legal or medical advice and does not guarantee coverage, approval, payment, accuracy, availability, or any outcome.

You remain in control of every call

You choose the destination, speak for yourself or under authority you already have, decide whether to use a suggestion, and may pause or end the call. You must identify yourself accurately and obtain any consent required for transcription. Fair Call does not impersonate you or speak to the insurer autonomously in this release.

Review AI output and governing documents

Suggestions, transcripts, extracted facts, summaries, deadlines, and appeal drafts can be incomplete or wrong. Confirm important information against the plan, written notice, source document, and qualified professional. You are responsible for what you say, submit, or rely on.

Accounts and responsible use

Keep account credentials and beta access codes private. Provide accurate registration information and add another person’s data only when you are allowed to act for them. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, evade limits, misuse calling services, or misrepresent identity or authority.

Paid access

The checkout page must state the price, billing interval, renewal, trial if any, and cancellation terms before purchase. Stripe processes payment. Access is granted only after Fair Call verifies a signed payment event. Manage or cancel the subscription through the billing portal. The final refund and cancellation policy must be approved and published before paid enrollment.

Availability and account closure

A private beta may change, experience interruptions, or limit enrollment and calling. Fair Call may suspend unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or unpaid use. You may export your data and request account deletion; cancel an active subscription first so no recurring charge is orphaned.

Your privacy

The privacy page explains the draft product data path and controls. Do not send health, insurance, financial, or identity information through the public site or general support email.

Changes

These terms may change as the service develops. Material product capabilities will receive terms that match what those capabilities actually do.
