Plain language about what we collect.
This draft covers the public website and invited web beta. It must receive legal and production-retention review before paid enrollment opens.
Public pages are not a case intake
Do not submit names, member numbers, medical details, claim details, documents, or other sensitive information through the public website or general support email.
What the private beta stores
An invited account can store a name, email address, password hash, verified caller-ID number, household and plan details, Cases, call preparations, consent records, transcripts, coaching events, summaries, action items, and documents you choose to add. Do not add information that is not needed for your insurance issue.
How Fair Call uses it
Fair Call uses account data to organize your Case, prepare the call, connect the number you chose, show live suggestions after consent, create a reviewable record, enforce paid access, provide support, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Fair Call does not sell personal information or build an advertising profile.
Call and AI service providers
The approved product path uses Google Cloud for the application, database, storage, and AI processing; Telnyx to connect calls; Deepgram to transcribe consented call audio; and Stripe for checkout and subscription status. Stripe handles card details; Fair Call stores customer, subscription, and entitlement identifiers rather than card numbers. The production agreements and account settings for this path are a release gate.
Transcription begins only after permission
You make the call and remain the speaker. Fair Call requires you to ask the representative before transcription and coaching begin. The current beta streams consented audio for live transcription and does not intentionally save an audio recording. It saves the transcript, coaching history, consent record, and resulting notes in your account.
Retention and your controls
Account records remain available while the account is active unless you delete them. Settings lets you download a JSON copy and request permanent account deletion after entering your current password. Active subscriptions must be canceled first. Primary records and document objects are removed during deletion; production backups must age out under the legally-approved backup-retention schedule before enrollment.
Technical logs and aggregate measurement
Infrastructure may process an IP address, browser information, requested route, timing, random account or request identifiers, coarse call state, and error code to deliver and protect the service. Product measurement uses aggregate database counts, not advertising pixels. Logs must not contain transcripts, phone numbers, member identifiers, medical details, or document text.
